Document References

Card documents are basically links to files in an external corporate library. A file can be linked to multiple cards at the same time. Document references allow you to see to which cards a file is attached.
You can open document references from both the card document level and the space document level.
To see document references:
- Hover over a document, and then select More (the three-dot menu).
- Select References.
Now you can see every card that contains this document. Its modification will cause changes in these places as well.
Example: The Urban-Picnic-poster.jpg file is attached to three cards. Note that one of these cards is in a different space.
The same file can appear in multiple spaces and workspaces.
