KanBo Demo Version
In this article:
Overview
The KanBo Demo is a free trial version of KanBo that allows you to explore the platform without the need for setup, installation, or payment. It is designed to help new users, teams, and organizations experience KanBo’s features before committing to a subscription.
With the demo, you can:
Explore the user interface and navigation.
Try out key features like cards, documents, and task management.
- Create spaces, define custom fields, card statuses, and add different space views.
Test the system’s fit for your team’s daily work scenarios.
The demo environment is temporary and resets automatically after a certain time. Any changes you make are for trial purposes only and will not be saved permanently.
The demo environment is preconfigured with sample spaces and cards so you can see how KanBo works in action. This makes it ideal for newcomers who want a guided experience without having to create everything from scratch.
Example: Green Week space example on the KanBo Demo Platform. You may recognize this space from the Getting Started with KanBo video series.
Full Access to All Permissions and Features
If you already use KanBo in your organization but only have a limited permission level (e.g., space member or guest), the KanBo Demo offers a chance to experience the platform as if you were a space owner. This means you can try out all available features and settings without restrictions. It’s a great way to better understand KanBo’s full potential and see how higher-level roles manage workspaces, spaces, and cards.
Go to Your Own Workspace, where you can create and customize a space using card statuses, custom fields, space views, and more.
