The Favorites & Recent section is located under the star icon in the Sidebar. It gives you instant access to cards and spaces you have last visited and other KanBo elements you want to highlight and keep handy.
You can catalog and group your saved items such as cards, spaces, workspaces and links using collections and folders. Find out how to do it.
Favorites
The Favorites section allows you to create a storage of cards, spaces, workspaces, or links that are most important to your work. Add single elements to Favorites or create collections consisting of more items.
To open the Favorites section:
On the Sidebar, select the star icon .
Select the position in the list to open the chosen item.
Adding elements to Favorites
You can add items to Favorites in two ways: using the + Add element button in the Favorites section, or from within the element you are currently in.
To add an element to Favorites:
On the Sidebar, select the star icon .
Select + Add element, and then select what you want to add here (card, space, workspace, or collection).
Select the specific element you want to add.
Confirm with the Add button.
Adding workspaces to Favorites
To add a workspace to Favorites from the workspace level:
Open the workspace.
On the top workspace bar, select the star icon .
Example: The star icon will turn blue when the workspace is added to Favourites.
Adding spaces to Favorites
To add a space to Favorites from the space level:
Open the space.
On the top space bar, select the star icon .
Example: The star icon will turn blue when the space is added to Favourites.
Adding cards to Favorites
To add a card to Favorites from the card level:
Open the card.
On the card top bar, select the star icon .
Example: The star icon will turn blue when the card is added to Favourites.
Removing from Favorites
To remove an element from Favorites:
On the Sidebar, select the star icon .
On the chosen list position select More (the three-dot menu), and then select Remove from Favorites.
You can also select the blue star icon to remove a card, space, or workspace from the Favourites.
Collections
Collections allow you to create sets of items related to each other in a way that makes sense to you. You can further catalog elements inside the collection using folders. You can also share your collections with other users.
Example: A collection with 2 folders containing KanBo elements and links.
