Relevancy

Search results are based on the identity of the user. Therefore, different users may receive different results for the same query.

Aspects considered when displaying search results:

  • Assigned members
  • Card blockers
  • Creation date
  • Connection with My Space
  • Date of your last interaction or visit

Oldest

Search results are listed by the date they were created. The oldest appears at the top of the list. This applies to comments, spaces, and workspaces.

Newest

Results are sorted by the date of the last action. The most recent appears at the top of the list. This applies to comments, spaces, and workspaces.

Due date and start date

This option works for cards only. You can sort cards by their time dependencies.

Note the difference between ASC and DESC phrases:

  • ASC – ascending sort
