Closing and Reopening Spaces

Space is the new name for the board.

Overview

If you no longer require a particular space, you have the option to close it. Please note that closed spaces are inaccessible to other members of the group. However, the data associated with the space is preserved. Should you decide that you need a particular space again, you have the option to reopen it.

Example: Closed spaces are marked with the orange stripes.

To see spaces that are closed:

  1. On the Sidebar, select your avatar.
  2. Select  Settings >  Closed spaces.

Closing spaces

Only space owners can close the space.

To close a space:

  1. Open the space.
  2. On the space top bar, go to More (the three-dots menu), and then select Settings > General.
  3. Select the orange button Close space.
  1. Select Close space to confirm your action.

Reopening spaces

Only space owners can reopen the space.

To reopen a space:

  1. On the Sidebar, select your avatar.
  2. Select  Settings >  Closed spaces.
  3. On the selected space, go to More (the three-dots menu), and then select Reopen space.
