Moving Spaces between Workspaces
Space is the new name for the board.
Welcome to the KanBo 3.0 release!
Only space owners can move the space. You can only move the space to workspaces where you are the workspace owner.
You also need the Space migration role to move the space.
To move a space to another workspace:
- Open the space.
- On the space top bar, select
More. - In ACTIONS section, select
Move space. - Select the workspace, and then go Next.
- Select if you want to move a space with or without the Microsoft Teams channel (learn more about integrating spaces with Microsoft Teams)*, and then go Next.
- Confirm the summary by selecting Move space.
By integrating spaces with Microsoft Teams, you can change the space type when you move the space. Keep in mind that this may have an impact on the access of users to the space.
