Adding Users to KanBo

Overview

KanBo is a platform that is tightly integrated with Microsoft tools. This makes it easy to add users with a Microsoft 365 account associated with your enterprise to KanBo. All you have to do is search for their name.

KanBo licenses are not assigned to specific users. You can view the number of available licenses in Global Settings.

Adding users to KanBo

You need the Adding KanBo Users role to add a new user.

To add a user to KanBo:

  1. On the Sidebar, go to your avatar >  Settings Users.
  2. Select + Add user.
  3. Use the search engine to find a user, and select the position.
  4. Select + Add selected.
