Overview

You can export a space to a CSV file and then open it in Excel. Space will appear as a table with card details.

Example: KanBo space imported to Excel. Each line is another card.

You can easily print the space prepared in this way.

The Excel table will contain information about:

  1. Card ID
  2. Card name
  3. Status name
  4. Status role
  5. Responsible
  6. Co-workers
  7. To-do items
  8. Custom fields (Lists, Labels)
  9. Start date
  10. Due Date
  11. Late (YES/NO)
  12. Completed (YES/NO)
  13. Completed date
  14. Completed by
  15. Created date
  16. Created by
  17. Card link

We can narrow down the number of exported cards using the filter settings. For example, we can select cards with a specific user. Only visible cards will be exported.

If you need to export a card from another space as well, add it to the space as a mirror card.
