Overview
By sending a link to a KanBo card in Microsoft Teams chat, we can see a preview of it along with basic details. The card details displayed in the preview are: responsible person, start date and due date.
Example: Card preview in the chat message in Microsoft Teams.
In order to use these features, your administrator will need to install the KanBo Teams app.
Card link unfurling
To send a card link in Microsoft Teams chat:
- Open Microsoft Teams application.
- On the left sidebar, go to Chat, and then select the conversation.
- Paste a link in the conversation field, wait until the card preview appears and then send the message.
