Applying Space Templates to Existing Spaces

Besides the option to create a space using the space template, you can also apply the space template to an existing space.
- Open the space you want to change with the space template.
- Click More (the three-dot button) and open the space menu.
- Select
Apply template. - Choose the space template.
- Set the start and the end date for the space (optional).
- Confirm by clicking Apply.
Apply template.Depending on the complexity of the space, this may take a while.

Can I copy an existing space?
Yes, you can duplicate a space or make a space template using an existing space. Then you can create new spaces based on that template.
What kind of templates I can use in KanBo?
Besides space templates, you can also use card templates and document templates.
