Creating Space Templates

Only users with Adding Spaces and Templates roles can create space templates. Go to KanBo roles for more information.

To create a new space template:

  1. Open the KanBo.
  2. Go to the Navigation Panel.
  3. Select Spaces.

  1. Select Space templates.
  2. Click + Add space template.
  1. Select Add new space template.
  2. Type a name.
  3. Set the background color, start and end date (optional).
  4. Click Add.

Your space template will be indicated among other space templates. Enter the template and configure it. Then use it to create new spaces.

Yes, you can enter the space template and customize it like a simple space.
