My Allocations

In this article:

Overview

My Allocations is a section that is part of the Resource Management module. It is located in the My KanBo section. In My Allocations, you can see all allocations involving you as a resource. This section has three views: My Utilization, My Workload, and My Bookings. With these, you can see how your allocations to cards compare to allocations to spaces and to your work schedule.

Example: The My Allocations section with three available views: My utilization, My workload, and My Bookings.

My utilization view

The My utilization view simultaneously takes into account allocations in spaces and your work schedule. Each cell illustrates the ratio of work hours allocated to spaces to work hours resulting from the work schedule on a particular day.

Example: The My Allocations section with My utilization view.

If you select a cell, you can also see a list of the spaces you are allocated to that day. The bar chart shows the percentage breakdown by spaces.

My workload view

In the My workload view you can see card allocations and the total number of incurred hours by working with cards. Each cell illustrates the ratio of the number of hours worked in cards to the number of hours allocated to cards within the space.

Example: The My Allocations section with the My workload view.

If you select a cell, you can also see a list of the cards you are allocated to that day.

My bookings view

This view combines the two previous ones. In the My bookings view you can see card allocations, space allocations, and the total number of incurred hours by working with cards. Each cell illustrates the ratio of the number of hours incurred to work hours resulting from the work schedule on a particular day.

Example: The My Allocations section with the My bookings view.

If you select a cell, you can see a list of the spaces you are allocated to that day and the cards incurred.

Changing the scale

All the My Allocations views have three different scales to select. You can set the daily, weekly, or monthly option.
