Workload View
In this article:
Overview
The Workload view is an additional space view that coexists with the Resource Management module. It deals with the card allocations. This is a calendar-style view where each cell represents a specific time interval and calculates the ratio of the number of hours worked in cards to the number of hours allocated to cards within the space.

Depending on how much of the reserved time is used, the cell fills with color. The color changes from light green to dark green as the hours worked are entered into the sheets. If more hours are entered than have been allocated, the cell turns red.

Example: The Workload view in the Green Week space.
You can create multiple views of this type that differ in display settings. Only space owners with the Enterprise/Strategic KanBo license can work with Workload views.
Cell details
In the Workload view, the cells are interactive. You can hover over them to see the percentage distribution of allocations or select them for more details. When you hover over a cell, you see the percentage distribution of time spent on cards and space. Selecting a cell will additionally show a list of cards in which the hours worked have been entered.

Example: Megan spent half an hour on the Cinema Selection card and another half an hour on the Food card. This adds up to one hour incurred by working with cards.
Allocations only mode
In Workload view, we can switch to Use allocations only mode, where we get a view similar to the Allocations section. This time, the cells will show numbers corresponding to the sum of hours allocated to cards and the sum of hours allocated to the space.

As in the Allocations section, selecting a cell will display the allocated cards.

Example: Megan has one hour allocated to the Cinema Selection card and three hours allocated to the space.
To enable Use allocations only mode:
- On the top bar of the Workload view, select
Settings.
- Move the slider to the right at the Use allocations only position.
