Overview

Location is a base data feature defined for Resource Management that is not assigned to a specific subsidiary. All defined locations can be used by resources throughout KanBo.

A location is a place to which a resource is officially assigned. Each resource has a specific location and cannot be in more than one place at the same time. The locations are assigned to the official holidays that are applicable in the region.

Example: A location can also have a description that identifies the entity that is situated there.

This is a great convenience when planning work. When using the Resource Picker, we can filter the results by location.
