Part-Time Availabilities

Overview

The part-time availability is an individual resource feature. It is a temporary partial unavailability of the resource at full capacity. This means that the resource may be absent on some days of the week, or may be available for a smaller range of hours for a period of time.

Adding part-time availabilities to resources

You must have the Enterprise/Strategic KanBo license, the Human/Non-Human Resource Manager role, and be the subsidiary manager to add part-time availabilities to resources.

To add a part-time availability to a resource:

  1. On the Sidebar, select Resource Management.
  2. Go to Basedata settings.
  3. From the menu on the left, select Resources.
  4. On the selected resource, go to Details.
  5. On the Part-Time Availabilities section, select + Add new part-time availability.
  6. Select the type: every week, even weeks, or odd weeks.
  7. Select the time frame (calendar weeks).
  8. Enter the number of working hours each day.
  9. Confirm using the Add button.
  10. Select Save to complete the resource edition.

Removing part-time availabilities

You must have the Enterprise/Strategic KanBo license, the Human/Non-Human Resource Manager role, and be the subsidiary manager to remove part-time availabilities from resources.

To remove a part-time availability from a resource:

  1. On the Sidebar, select Resource Management.
  2. Go to Resources.
  3. On the selected resource, go to Details.
  4. On the selected leave time type, go to  Remove.
