Exporting Time Tracking Data

Overview
All the hours recorded in the cards with the Time Tracking feature are stored in KanBo. You can export any part of this data. Use filters to specify the time range, workspaces, and spaces to be included in the spreadsheet. Decide which resource data you want to export.
Example: Filters were used to select a time period – this year, the Education workspace, and the Green Week space.
Exporting time tracking data
To export the time tracking data:
- On the Sidebar, go to
Resource Management > Time Tracking. - Use filters to determine the range of data you need.
- Select
Export to CSV.
Example: Filters were used to select a time period – this year, three workspaces, and user Zachariah Plant.
