My Time Tracking
This feature is currently in the beta testing phase and is only available to a limited number of users.
In this article:
Overview
My Time Tracking section is an individual place for each user who uses Time Tracking. Here you can summarize and enter the hours incurred in different cards.
You can add cards, spaces, and even workspaces here. The added elements will display the number of incurred hours and the current work progress according to the selected time scale.
Example: My Time Tracking section with seven cards added and week scale.
At the bottom of the My Time Tracking section, you can see the total hours for the day. Once you have distributed the hours in the selected elements, you can approve them. When you approve the hours, the backgrounds of the cells will turn blue.
Example: Once the hours are entered, they need to be approved.
Adding elements
Add elements related to the current work and enter the hours spent on them.
To add an element to My Time Tracking section:
- On the Sidebar, select
My KanBo > My Time Tracking. - On the left panel, select + Add element, then select the element type.
- Select the element, and then select Add.
Entering hours
To enter the worked hours:
- Select the cell.
- Enter the number of worked hours.
- When you have entered all the hours, save them with the Confirm button on the bottom bar.
You can also add incurred hours directly in the card.
