KanBo License

Overview
KanBo has a system of single user licenses. A license is the authorization granted to a user to use the KanBo platform. It is a legal agreement between the organization and KanBo that outlines the terms and conditions of software use.
Note that the KanBo license is assigned to the user. This means that different users within your organization may have different licenses.
KanBo licenses are designed to provide progressively more advanced functionality. This means that users within an organization can be assigned different licenses, and we strongly recommend this. Different features in KanBo are tiered by license, providing additional protection for sensitive company data.
License types
There are 6 types of KanBo licenses. Thanks to this variety, you can tailor the KanBo platform with its features exactly to the positions in your company.
KanBo license types:
- Free
- Team
- Professional
- Business
- Enterprise
- Strategic

You can check when your license type is valid, the number of licenses, and how many users are using this license type.
You need the Global Settings role to enter this section.
