Card Visibility
Learn what you have to do if you want to be up-to-date with all the news at a card. Discover who else keeps track of changes.
Follow a Card
Following a card will cause you to receive notifications about every activity in the card.
Pay attention to an eye icon next to the name of the card. It is a confirmation that you are following this card.

Card followers
There is an option to see who else is following this card. All you need to do is a single click on two-eyes icon at the Card members section.

Card visitors
There is a simple way to see visitors of the card. Additionally you can check the dates of their visits.
Click on a monitor icon on Card members section.

As the monitor icons start flashing, it would mean that other user or users are also displaying the card.
Having a visual confirmation of a colleague being present in the same moment in the same working context with you provides higher level of transparency and confidence that your team is being actively working towards the common goal.

What are cards in KanBo?
Cards are the most fundamental units of KanBo. They can represent tasks or projects that need to be tracked and managed. Its complex structure helps with work organization.
How can I know if someone is present at the card?
If someone is present at the card in the same moment as you, the blue flashing ring around this user’s avatar will appear. This is card presence indicator and you can see it in card activity stream.
Can I be notified of everything that is happening at the card?
Yes, in order to be notified of card activities, you need to follow the card.
Can I follow the card that I am not a member of?
Yes, you don’t need to be a card member to follow the card.
