Responsible Person

The Responsible Person is a user who supervises the card realization. There can be only one card user who will be responsible for the card. However, you can change it anytime by making another user responsible.

The other card users are Co-Workers. You can see the number of Co-Workers on the card front. The avatar shows the Responsible Person.

When you open the card, you can see that the avatar of the Responsible Person is bigger than the others.

Changing the Responsible Person

There are two ways to change the user responsible for a card. First, you need to open the card.

  1. The simplest way to change the Responsible Person is to drag a new user’s avatar and replace it with the old one.
  1. You can also click on chosen user’s avatar and select Make responsible.

Of course. There is no limit of users assigned to a card as Co-Workers but there can be only one Responsible Person.

You become a card user by being attached to a card by other users or by yourself.

Yes, you can remove yourself as a card user.

If the Responsible Person is removed from the card, the first Co-Worker on the list will become the new Responsible Person.
