ToDo Lists
ToDo list is one of the Card Elements. It is a way of keeping track of smaller items within a card. You can use it as a checklist of steps that have to be performed in order to complete a card.

Create ToDo list
- To create a new ToDo list, click on +Add element.
- Now select Todo list.
- You can change its default name to a new one and select Add.

Add SubItems
- To add new items to your ToDo list, simple write down all the position separated with enter.
- Press on Add to finish.
- Confirm if you want to create multiple items.
Remove SubItem
- Hover over a SubItem and select more button.
- Choose Remove.

Assign users to SubItems
Use @mentions to assign user to a specific SubItem on a ToDo list. You can do it by typing @ and the name of the user or by dragging user’s avatar and dropping it on a SubItem.

- Drag a specific user’s avatar.
- Drop it on a SubItem you want to be assigned to the user.
Convert SubItem into card
- Hover over an SubItem and select more button.
- Choose Convert to card.

Now choose a Board (start typing its name or select it from drop down menu) and a list you would like to add this newly created card to.
Convert SubItem into SubCard (child card)
- Hover over an SubItem and select more button.
- Choose Convert to child card.

Now choose a Board (start typing its name or select it from drop down menu) and a list you would like to add this newly created card to.
If a person is mentioned (@Name) in a SubItem and you convert this item into a card or child card, this person will be assigned as the responsible person. If there are many users assigned to a ToDo item, the first one will be assigned as the person responsible and other users will become co-workers.
Covert ToDo list into child card group
You can convert entire ToDo list into a child card group. In this case a new child card group will be created with the same name. You can chose a destination Board and list where these child cards will be created. ToDo items will become child cards in this group.
- Press on more button on the top right corner of ToDo list.
- Select Convert to child card group.

Remove ToDo list
- Press on more button on the top right corner of ToDo list.
- Select Remove.
