Personal and Shared Board View
Sometimes we prefer different display settings than other users. If you made some changes to the board view but don’t want them to overwrite the previous one, you can save them as a personal view.
Customizing your personal board view can help you focus on the tasks that matter most to you, improve your productivity, and make it easier to navigate through the board. Additionally, it gives you more flexibility and control over how you interact with the board.
Only you can see your personal board view.
This applies only to visual changes such us:
- card grouping
- filtering cards
- display settings
- list collapsing
- adding and removing columns at Table view
- changing columns width at Table view
- changing the layout at Calendar view
- navigation and cards position at Mind map view
- coloring the lines between cards at Mind map view
If you don’t want to create personal view, press save to keep the changes or discard to reject them. If you do not take any action, the changes will not be applied.
If you delete a card, add a label or make any other card action it will be visible at the board for every user as usual.
In order to create a personal view:
- Make a visual change at the board view.
- Press more (three dots) at the notification above.
- Select Save as… position.
- Enter the name for your view and leave the Personal option on.

Now you can make visual changes to your view and work with your own settings.
If you are the board owner, you can switch between Personal and Shared option later.
- Hover over a board view button.
- Press more (three dots).
- Select
Settings.

- Toggle button to the opposite position.
