User Activity Stream

Every user in KanBo can see his own activity or see the activity of other users.

Check user activity stream:

  1. Clicking on user’s icon anywhere in KanBo.
  2. Select Activity.

You will see only actions on Boards you have access to.

You can open your own activity stream exactly the same way.

Remember you can change the activity stream's detail level and find what you need faster.

FAQ

You can only see the actions that happen in the boards and cards that you have access to. You cannot see all the actions that other users perform in KanBo.

Yes, you can customize the way activities are shown in Activity Stream by setting different detail levels.

Yes, it is possible to see the exact date and time of an activity in the Activity Stream by hovering over the date displayed.
