Setting the Board Template as Default

Learn how to set the default board template for KanBo. With this feature every board you create will be based on a pre-prepared pattern.

You need the Global Settings role to make this action.

Set the default board template

In order to set the board template as the default one:

  1. Open KanBo navigation pane.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to  General.
  4. Here you can set the Default board template.

Now every new board will be based on this template. 

Clear the default board template

The procedure is almost identical, only the last step is different.

  1. Open KanBo navigation pane.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to  General.
  4. Set the Default board template to None.
