Setting Space Template as Default

Learn how to set the default space template for KanBo. With this feature, every space you create will be based on a pre-designed template.

You need the Global Settings role to make this action.

Set the default space template

To set the space template as the default one:

  1. Open the KanBo navigation panel.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to  General.
  4. Here you can set the Default space template.

Now every new space will be based on this template. 

Clear the default space template

The procedure is almost identical, except for the last step.

  1. Open the KanBo navigation panel.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Go to  General.
  4. Set the Default space template to None.
