Did you know that you can use an existing card for a template?
Create a new card using template
There are only two clicks more between usual card creating and using a template.
- Press + button at a list.
- Choose a template and enter a name.
- Press on Add to confirm.
Wait a few seconds. All template card elements will be added to the new card. Some of them need more time to appear.
Set the Template field to None if you don’t want to use any card template.

Useful when most of cards you want to create will be based on one template.

Apply card template to an existing card
In case you have an existing card but you would like to add there a structure from the card template.
- Enter a card and select more (three dots).
- Select
Apply template. - Choose a template and press on Apply to confirm.

Yes, you can duplicate a card or make a card template using existing card.
Can I set the card template as default for the board?
Yes. Every card you create will be based on that template. Each time you can use it or not.
