Creating Kanban View

Only space owners can create shared space views, but any space user can create personal space views.

When a new space is created, the default Kanban view with grouping by statuses is already generated. Remember that you can always add another Kanban view.

To create a Kanban view:

  1. Open the space.
  2. Open the drop-down menu at the space view button.
  3. Click on the + Add view button.
Create a new Board view in KanBo
  1. Select the Kanban option.
  2. Enter a name.
  3. Click Add to confirm.

Please note that you can add as many views of this kind as you need.

Adjust this view to your needs using card grouping settings and display settings.
