Managing Cards with Timeline View

Change card groupings

With the Timeline view, you can set card grouping by:

By moving cards vertically, you can change their groupings.

For example, use the Timeline view to update the progress of the work. Change card statuses:

  1. Select card grouping by card status option.
  2. Move cards between the groups using drag & drop.

Move more cards at once. Try multiselection with the ctrl key pressed, then use drag and drop to change their location. Remember to deselect cards at the end.

Create new cards

Add new cards right from the Timeline view:

  1. Click on any date column.
  2. Enter the name of the new card.
  3. Select the card template (optional).
  4. Click Add.

Move cards horizontally

Schedule cards by moving them left or right. Learn more about adjusting card dates in the Timeline view.
