Managing KanBo Roles
Grant or revoke a role to user
Learn how to give roles to users and allow them access to new areas.
Every user can have multiple roles granted.
To grant a role to a user you must have the Roles Assignment permission.
- Go to
KanBo Settings.

- Select
Users.
- Hover over a user and select more button (three dots).
- Press on
Roles.

Now you can select which roles you would like to assign to the user.
- Tick the boxes next to the roles.
Remember that every user can have multiple roles granted.

This is also a place where you can revoke the roles from users.
Manage role access
See users who have particular roles assigned.
- Go to
KanBo Settings.
- Select
Users.
- Press more button.
- Select
Manage user roles.

- Enter a role and see which users are equipped with it.
- Hover over a user and press more button (three dots).
- Select
Remove role from user if needed.
