KanBo ID is unique for your SharePoint farm or for every Office 365 tenant. It is required for generating a license for you. When a license is generated and you receive it from us, you should update the KanBo license.
You need the Setup role to make this action.
1. To get your KanBo ID number, a Board Collection Manager should open KanBo settings and select "Go to KanBo Config".
2. Now enter "Show advanced setup".
3. On the left side you will see your license information.
4. Visiting a KanBo config recalculates used licenses as well.
