Changing the Help URL in KanBo

KanBo features a help icon that redirects users to the KanBo Help Portal. You can easily change the URL to your company’s help center if you prefer.

To change the URL address of the help icon:

  1. Open the web.config file.
  2. Look for this line:
"HelpUrl": "https://help.kanboapp.com"
  1. Enter the new URL.
