Following Spaces

Space is the new name for the board.
Coming soon with the KanBo 3.0 version!

Follow a space, if you want to make sure you don’t miss anything happening in the space. You will receive notifications of all actions that occur in the space.

Remember you can set the notifications detail level.

To follow a space:

  1. Open KanBo.
  2. On the Sidebar, go to Workspaces & Spaces, and then select the desired space.
  3. On the space top bar, go to More (the three-dots), and then select  Follow.

To unfollow a space:

  1. Open KanBo.
  2. On the Sidebar, go to Workspaces & Spaces, and then select the desired space.
  3. On the space top bar, go to More (the three-dots), and then select  Unfollow.

FAQ

Yes, there is an option to follow a card. You can also follow a specific list or status, which means following all cards assigned to that grouping.

To stop receiving notifications for a specific card while still following the overall space, simply unfollow the card.
