Removing Users from Workspaces
Removing users from a workspace means removing them from all spaces within that workspace.
Only workspace owners can manage workspace users.
To remove a workspace user:
- Open Kanbo.
- On the Sidebar, go to Workspaces & Spaces
, and then open the desired workspace. - Select the icon
. - Select the avatar of the user you want to delete to open the menu, and then select Remove.

The removed user will not be able to see the workspace and its spaces, but the user’s activity will remain in the spaces.
