Managing Workspace Access and Permissions

There are three levels of workspace access: owner, member, and visitor. Each level allows for different behaviors in the workspace. Only workspace users can see the workspace. It is invisible to other KanBo users.

Only workspace owners can manage user permissions.

To change the level of access to the workspace:

  1. Open the KanBo.
  2. On the Navigation Panel, go to  Workspaces, and then select the desired workspace.
  1. Drag the user’s avatar and drop it on a different level access section.

Any change in permissions on a workspace is applied in real-time.
