Adding a Profile Picture

Contrary to appearances, the profile photo is a very important piece of information that allows to quickly identify KanBo users. Make yourself known to other users.
The profile picture will appear in the following places:
- on the Users list of the space you join
- in the Card members section of the cards you join
- on the card front, if you are the Responsible Person for the card
- when you leave a comment on a card or a message in a chat
- next to the information about the action you performed in the card and space activity stream
- as a card presence indicator
If you do not set a profile picture, your avatar will consist of your initials.
Change your profile picture
To enter the user profile:
- Open the KanBo.
- Click on the user’s avatar (anywhere in KanBo).
- Select
Show profile.
Show profile.Here you can set or change your profile picture.
- Click on the Change picture button.

- Browse for a file and click Open.
Your picture will be changed immediately.

What information can I add to my user profile in KanBo?
You can add contact details and write a short description of yourself, including what you are responsible for and how you can potentially help someone.
How can I change my profile picture?
Open your profile by selecting the 
Show profile button, on your avatar. Click on the Change picture button, browse for the file, and click Open.
