Setting Card Template as Default

Learn how to set the default card template for the space. With this feature, every card you create will be based on a pre-prepared pattern.

To set the card template as default:

  1. Open the space and click More (the three-dot menu button) to open the menu.
  1. Go to  Settings.
  2. Select  Card templates.
  3. Hover over a desired card template name and click on the three-dot menu button.
  4. Select  Set as default.

Now every new card will be based on this template. 

Clear the default card template

The procedure is almost identical, only the last step is different.

  1. Open the space and click the three-dot menu button.
  2. Go to  Settings.
  3. Select  Card templates.
  4. Hover the cursor over the desired card template name.
  5. Click the three-dot menu button.
  6. Select  Clear default.

Change the order of card templates

Set the order of card templates. Move your most used templates to the top of the list.

  1. Open the space and click the three-dot menu button.
  2. Go to  Settings.
  3. Select  Card templates.
  4. Hover over the name of the card template you want to use and drag it to the correct position.
