Overview
Global settings are KanBo-wide settings and key information related to the version and number of user licenses.
In Global Settings you can find some general aspects of KanBo:
- The version of KanBo
- The default space template
- Disable or enable the deletion of the space
- Disable or enable the deletion of the workspace
- The KanBo license expiration date
- The number of active users and the number of available KanBo licenses.
Global Settings access
You need the Global Settings role to enter this section.
To enter the Global Settings:
- On the Sidebar, select your avatar, and then select
Settings > General.
