Following Card Statuses and Custom Fields
You can follow a card status grouping or a custom field grouping to receive notifications from all activities that took place on a card that is currently in that grouping. Make sure you don’t miss any information that is important to you.
You can follow the grouping in the following space views:
Follow a grouping
To follow the status or custom field:
- Open the space.
- Click on the three-dot menu button on the grouping name bar.
- Select
Follow.
You will see an eye icon at the top left side of the grouping. It confirms that you are following this grouping.
Unfollow the grouping
You can easily unfollow the grouping you once followed.
- Open the space.
- Click on the three-dot menu button to open the grouping settings.
- Select Unfollow.
The eye icon will be gone from the grouping.

Is it possible to follow a specific card within a space in KanBo?
Yes, you can follow only one or more cards within a space in KanBo by following the card option. You can also follow a specific grouping, which means following all cards assigned to that grouping.
How do I stop receiving notifications for a specific card while still following the overall grouping in KanBo?
To stop receiving notifications for a specific card while still following the overall grouping in KanBo, click on the card menu and select Unfollow Card.
Can I see all spaces that I am following in one place?
Yes. Go to the KanBo navigation panel and select 
Spaces. You can also go to 
My Space and select Kanban view with grouping by spaces. You will see all cards you are following segregated by spaces.
