An intuitive and convenient Sidebar is always visible on the left side of the screen. It helps you navigate through KanBo.
The Sidebar has several expandable sections that open by selecting an icon:
Notifications – These are updates that inform users of changes to the cards and spaces they are following. You can bookmark them.
My KanBo – This is a gateway to your personal places in KanBo. There are MySpace, MyWork, and followed cards here.
Workspaces & Spaces – Here you can navigate all the workspaces and spaces you have access to. They are the building blocks of the KanBo hierarchy.
Favorites & Recent – Use this section as a shortcut to your favorite and recently viewed KanBo elements.
Resource Management – It’s an advanced time management tool, that allows you to work more efficiently.
Add New… – Use it to create new things in KanBo. You can create a workspace, space, or card here.
KanBo Search – It is a tool that allows users to quickly find information within the KanBo platform. It works by entering specific keywords or phrases. 
KanBo Help Portal – It is a resource provided by KanBo that offers documentation, guides, and other support materials to help users understand and effectively use the KanBo platform.
Your avatar hides additional account settings and other things related to your profile.
The 
Pin in the upper right corner allows you to keep the left panel permanently open.

How can I see all my spaces together on KanBo?
You can open all your spaces together by clicking the Workspaces & Spaces button on the Sidebar.
How can I hide or expand the Sidebar on KanBo?
The Sidebar is always visible as a thin bar with icons. You can open it permanently by clicking the Pin button on the open panel.
How to navigate through the different spaces in KanBo?
Use the Sidebar on the left side of the screen. There is a Workspaces & Spaces section with all the spaces you have access to.
