Overview
Card mirrors allow you to work with one card in multiple spaces simultaneously. See all the ways to add a mirror card to a space.

Mirroring a card from the card level
There are three ways to mirror cards from the card level. You can mirror it using the top bar menu when the card is open, or using Quick Actions on the card front.
I. When the card is open and has no mirrors yet:
- Open the card.
- On the top bar of the card, go to More (the three-dot menu), and then select Mirror this card .
- Select the space you want to be a Guest Space for that card, and then confirm with the Add mirror button.
II. When the card is open and has at least one mirror:
- Open the card.
- On the top bar of the card, next to the Home Space name, go to n more, and then select Mirror this card .
- Select the space you want to be a Guest Space for that card, and then confirm with the Add mirror button.
III. You can also mirror a card with the Quick Actions menu on the card front:
- On the card front, select the card status icon, go to More, and then select Mirror this card.
- Select the space you want to be a Guest Space for that card, and then confirm with the Add mirror button.
Adding mirror cards from the Guest Space level
When you want to add an existing card as a mirror to another space:
- Open the desired space.
- On the custom field you want to place the mirror card, select the + button.
- Go to Search for card tab, select the card, and then confirm with the Add mirror button.
Adding mirror cards from the KanBo Search level
When using KanBo Search, you can add search results as mirrors to a space:
- On the Sidebar, go to the KanBo Search .
- Select Cards section and enter your query.
- On the Cards section button, go to the three-dots menu, and select Mirror cards to another space.
- Select the space you want to be a Guest Space for these cards, and then confirm with the Add mirror button.
