Mass Actions allow you to perform an action on multiple cards at once. See how to select cards that will change their status, be archived, or deleted in an instant. Don’t waste your time clicking around.
Mass Actions work with:
Mass Actions on card grouping
When you use the card grouping, you can perform an action on all the cards in a group at once. Use the grouping menu on the top bar.
- Open the space.
- Open the grouping menu with the three-dots button.
- Select the action you wish to perform.
For example, if the cards are grouped by status, you can archive all cards with a particular status at once.
Refining the card selection
It is possible to narrow down the selection of cards by filtering them.
The filter option allows you to narrow down the group of cards. Simply enter the desired parameter, such as the assigned user. Cards that do not meet the conditions will disappear. Only visible cards will participate in the mass action.
