Overview
Bookmarks functionality allows you to collect all important actions and comments from KanBo spaces and cards.
By adding a bookmark to an activity, users can easily access and reference it later, ensuring that important information and discussions are readily available in the Bookmarks section.
To see your bookmarks:
- On the Sidebar, go to Notifications, and then select Bookmarks.
Adding bookmarks
To add a bookmark:
- Open the activity stream.
- Hover over an action you want to mark with a bookmark, and then select More (the three-dot menu).
- Select Add bookmark.
The selected activity will be added to the Bookmarks section of your profile. This activity will also be marked with a blue bookmark icon in the activity stream. Only you can see this icon.
Removing bookmarks
To remove a bookmark:
- Just select the blue bookmark icon.
You can remove a bookmark both in the Bookmarks section and related activity streams.
